Wojtek Czyz — four-time Paralympic champion, five-time freediving world record holder and international keynote speaker for companies, leaders and teams.
Wojtek is one of the few people who have redefined high performance across multiple chapters of life. His talks combine personal experience with practical impulses for companies, leaders and teams.
“A story of loss, new beginnings — and the strength to give your life a new direction, again and again.”
“Every change is the beginning of a new chapter.”
Wojtek Czyz is among Germany's most successful Paralympians. As a four-time Paralympic champion he won seven medals across four Paralympic Games in athletics. He also set five world records in freediving.
With Sailing4Handicaps he sailed the world, giving amputees access to high-quality prosthetics. In New Zealand he became a pioneer of Para-Badminton and the country's first Para-Badminton Paralympian.
Today Wojtek lives in Germany again. As founder of Match Me and international keynote speaker, he is writing his next chapter.
